Joe Biden, who famously mocked John Roberts flub of President Obama's oath of office, screws up Secretary of State Hillary Clinton swearing in ceremony.
Please note: unlike Roberts, Biden is actually reading from a note card.
He mentions he is still surprised he is Vice President... so are we.
