Obama's NSA, Gen James Jones: Not Sure If "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" Will Be Repealed (Video)

President Obama's National Security Adviser, Gen. James Jones, appeared on "This Week" with some short Greek dude today. They discuss Obama's promise to overturn President Clinton's "Don't Ask , Don't Tell" policy of gays in the military.

Fox News reported in January:

WASHINGTON — President-elect Barack Obama will allow gays to serve openly in the military by overturning the controversial "don't ask, don't tell" policy that marred President Clinton's first days in office, according to incoming White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.

  1. What are you talking about? There is a bill in Congress now I believe and he says here that it has the president's support. Mr. Jones doesn't even say it here, but alludes to the fact that Obama probably won't sign an executive order to stop prosecutions in the meantime, which most people feel is true to allow the law to change in due course. Much ado about nothing here...
