The CIA is reportedly using the "male-enhancement" pill, Viagra, to bribe Afghan warlords and tribal leaders. In lieu of money and other methods, CIA operatives are obtaining information valuable to fighting al-qaida and Taliban from distributing the pharmaceutical.
Who knew? The CIA and the US Military have been hunting down Osama bin Laden and other Taliban and Terrorists for 8 years and we're just now getting intelligence from dirty, old Afghan men?
