South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford appeared on "On the Record" with Greta van Susteren to discuss the CRAPulus spending bill.
"It's not a good idea to spend money that you do not have", Sanford says. "We are digging ourselves a hole that is $1.2 Billion in size... then what happens? How do we dig our way out of that hole?"
