The friendly crowd was fired up today as the FOX Sports NFL crew broadcast their Sunday show in Afghanistan.
This was great.
The crew decided to air their show from Afghanistan in honor of Veterans Day this week.

Are you kidding? Some people might get offended? By Old Glory?
If you're offended by our flag, then get the hell out of my country!
I have no words. Nancy Pelosi is the most unpatriotic, disgusting American I know. Are you kidding? She is second in line to the Presidency and does not understand that the most patriotic thing an American can do is to question his/her representatives?
What the hell is happening to my America?
America is facing some hard economic times, but Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix says that's the inspiration behind the band's latest record, "Metamorphosis", pecifically, the new single "Life Line".
Kudos to Papa Roach, Buckcherry and Avenged Sevonfold for putting together a kick ass concert for a reasonable $40 ticket price. Shaddix says the price tag was determined because of the state of the economy.
To quote Bill O'Reilly, these three bands are "patriots"
Lyrics:When I was a boy
I didn't care about a thing
It was me and this world
And a broken dream
I was blaming myself
For all that was going wrong (going wrong)
I was way out there
On the wrong side of town
And the one's that I loved
I started pushing them out
Then I realized
That it was all my fault
I've been looking for a lifeline
For what seems like a lifetime
I'm drowning in the pain
Breaking down again
Looking for a lifeline
So I put out my hand
And I asked for some help
We tore down the walls
I built around myself
I was struck by the light
And I fell to the ground
I've been looking for a lifeline
For what seems like a lifetime
I'm drowning in the pain
Breaking down again
Looking for a lifeline
Is there anybody out there
Can you pull me from this ocean of despair
I'm drowning in the pain
Breaking down again
Looking for a lifeline
You know a heart of gold
Won't take you all the way
And in a world so cold
It's hard to keep the faith
I'm never gonna fade away
I've been looking for a lifeline
For what seems like a lifetime
I'm drowning in the pain
Breaking down again
Looking for a lifeline
Is there anybody out there
Can you pull me from this ocean of despair
I'm drowning in the pain
Breaking down again
Looking for a lifeline

President Obama's "My Bad" moment at swearing in ceremony for naturalized citizens who had served in the military to attain citizenship.
He tells the audience "please be seated" prior to a PA announcer telling the crowd to remain standing for the National Anthem!
What a goofball! What kind of President simultaneously insults our National Anthem and uses the phrase "My bad"?
Is this how a "statesman" acts? Or is this a frat boy at a kegger?
David Axelrod responded to Dick Cheney's recent criticism of President Obama Sunday on CNN's State of the Union.
"[President Bush] has behaved like a statesman," Axelrod told John King, "I just don't think the memo got passed on to the Vice President [Cheney]."
Axelrod disagreed with Cheney's assertion that Obama's terrorism policies were failing.
"I find it supremely ironic, on a day when we were meeting with NATO, to talk about the continued threat from al Qaeda in Afghanistan and Pakistan, where they're still plotting against us eight years -- or seven years later," he said. "I think the question for Mr. Cheney is, how could that be? How could this have gone so long? Why are they still in business?"
Hey Dave! I don't think Obama got the memo either as he has been parading around Europe blaming America for the world's problems, calling us "arrogant" and genuinely acting like frat boy on a road trip.
I think Axelrod needs to be reminded of what "statesman" means.
A statesman or stateswoman or statesperson is usually a politician or other notable figure of state who has had a long and respected career in politics at the national and international level.
As a term of respect, it is usually left to supporters or commentators to use the term. When politicians retire, they are often referred to as elder statesmen.
Statespersonship also conveys a quality of leadership that organically brings people together and of eldership, a spirit of caring for others and for the whole.
Anyone elected to office is a politician but only a few consistently manage to work as disinterested promoters of the public good with integrity. There is a huge difference between the two.
The words statesman or stateswoman are applied loosely to any head of state, any senior political figure, or anyone who in a given moment exhibits a certain quality of "statespersonship."
Cheney has served our country for decades and is far more of a "statesman" than Obama will ever be.
So, let me get this straight. By not supporting the Congressional Radical Anti-American Pork (CRAAP) Spending Bill which will do little to stimulate the economy and barely create any jobs, and mortgage our future and Steal A Generation; that makes me unpatriotic.
And I thought I was just a traitor for voting against "hopenchange".
Maybe the NY Times sees this as patriotic, but we don't.
Mr. Obama called Ms. Collins and Mr. Specter, as well as Senator Olympia J. Snowe of Maine, another Republican expected to support the deal, to acknowledge they were acting against pressure from their party and, one official said, to thank them for their patriotism in helping advance the bill at a critical time.

US Flag Code: “The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.”
Why should we be surprised, this is the man who proclaimed Saturday morning in Philadelphia, "What is required is a new declaration of independence..."
The Baltimore irony is not lost here, as "Star-Spangled Banner" author Francis Scott Key may roll over in his grave...
Surprisingly, this isn't the first time in recent days Obama's likeness has been linked to disrespect and anti-Americanism....
