During a hearing on state budget, Connecticut legislators Barbara Lambert and Jack Hennessy are caught playing computer solitaire. Surprisingly, CNN's Kyra Phillips actually identifies them as Democrats.
Then, Phillips and Rick Sanchez joke about it.
