President Bush removed North Korea from this list after they made concessions over the last few years. However, as usual, we have now learned that North Korea's actions were deceitful at best.
Despite Bush's labelling of North Korea during his famous "Axis of Evil" speech, I'm sure somehow, someway, Bush will be blamed for North Korea's nuclear weapons. Just watch.
