John Ziegler is the man and Letterman was way out of line in his attack of Palin.
Brewer is so shocked, beaten and destroyed that she asks the control room to "cut the mic please" at the end.

Did you watch the same interview I did? Nobody would have been able to "destroy" the other there was so much talking over each other. So that alone shows that you're lying. But to go a step further, all Ziegler did was toss around sarcasm--he didn't answer any questions. I was not aware it was an interviewee's duty to "destroy" his host...that seems beyond rude. Perhaps it's his job to listen to her questions and respond. He didn't do that. Perhaps he destroyed himself??

ReplyDeleteSarah Palin is a hypocrite. During the campaign SNL did a joke about her husband "doing those daughters-- I mean come on, it's Alaska!" Sarah Palin's response? She appeared on the show as a guest one month later. No phony outrage.
ReplyDeleteConan O'Brien (twice), Jay Leno (twice), and Craig Ferguson each made essentially the same joke Letterman made, and she didn't pretend to be offended then, either.
If there were a less sexist term than "media whore" I would use it. But I don't know of one. Sarah Palin is a media whore.
