In the GOP's weekly address, Rep. Candice Miller of Michigan says the $789 billion economic stimulus package backed by President Barack Obama has fallen far short of its goals.
I, for one, could not agree more! And Biden is running around telling everyone how well the CRAPulus Bill worked? And unemployment continues to rise?
