Susan Rice, a long-time foreign policy advisor is expected to be named United States Ambassador to the United Nations.
Her distinguished resume include:
- Advisor to Michael Dukakis during the 1988 presidential race.
- National Security Council under Bill Clinton
- Assistant Secretary of State under Bill Clinton
- Long-time friend and mentor of Bill Clinton's Secretary of State Madeline Albright
Ms. Rice is experienced and qualified for the position and it looks like Bill Clinton has his fingerprints on another one.
We admire President-Elect Obama's desire to hire those with a wealth of Washington Insider experience, but we are still wondering about this Change Nonsense.
