Michele Bachmann to O'Reilly: I've Got "Stalkers" At MSNBC! (Video)

More attacks on Conservative Women in America. Again, I ask... where are the "women's rights groups" and why won't they stand up for women like Rep. Bachmann and Gov. Palin?

Jealous much?

Rep. Michele Bachmann appears on Bill O'Reilly's show, and is told that she is "second to Sarah Palin in far left angst... They're after you now."

"I think it happened with a competing cable network that took an interest in me, and it's only grown," she responds. "Now, it's almost like I have personal stalkers, only they have Tv shows, so it's kind of an interesting phenomenon."

Bachmann also suspects that MSNBC has a "stereotype for women" in which she does not fit into.

Montel Williams Urges Rep Bachmann to 'Slit Her Wrist' on Air America (Audio)

Air America Radio host Montel Williams tells GOP Rep. Michele Bachmann to slit her wrist. He instructed her to go even further and "start right at the collarbone."

Ok. First, I love Michele Bachmann. Her "slit our wrist" comment was a metaphor for "blood brothers" to unite against Obamacare.

Second, who the hell gave Montel Williams any political clout? Being the national spokesman of the socialist welfare program Partnership for Prescription Assistance?

Third, to Montel; your career history as a talk-show host gives you about as much street cred as Olber(wo)mann's Sportscenter experience.

Lay off the medical marijuana for a bit, eh, Montel?

Michele Bachman: The Impact of Mandatory Health Care Coverage on Small Businesses (Video)

Rep. Bachmann appears on Fox Business with Neil Cavuto to discuss how under the Democrat's health care proposal, employers must offer health care coverage or pay a fee. The last thing we need right now with unemployment nearing 10% is such reckless policy that will prove disastrous for small businesses - the true job creators for our country.

Michele Bachmann Vs. Barney Frank: ACORN Funding Showdown! (Video)

Rep. Michele Bachmann and Financial Services Chairman Barney Frank face off on ACORN with CNN's Lou Dobbs. The question is, why should the federal government and the American taxpayer be funding supposedly non-profits groups like ACORN to the tune of billions of dollars? ACORN has been indicted and its employees convicted time and time again, yet the taxpayer continues to fund their fraudulent behavior.

Michele Bachmann's Latest ACORN Press Conference (Video)

Fox News coverage of Rep. Michele Bachmann's press conference today with former ACORN employee, Anita MonCrief, and attorney Heather Heidelbaugh where they explained ACORNs ongoing fraudulent behavior and the consequences of continuing to funnel taxpayer dollars to the organization.

Fox News reports:

Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann called on Congress Thursday to block ACORN's access to federal housing funds, citing repeated charges of voter registration fraud against the low-income advocacy group.

The Republican congresswoman, flanked by an ACORN whistleblower and an attorney who worked on an ACORN case in Pennsylvania, escalated a media offensive against the group, which is a favorite target of conservatives who claim liberals are unjustly protecting a dysfunctional organization by allowing it access to taxpayer money.

"ACORN, as you know, is no stranger to the spotlight," Bachmann said outside the Capitol. "Yet no matter how many times prosecutors investigate and even indict ACORN and their employees, they emerge unblemished as far as the federal government is concerned from having access to federal tax dollars."

Bachmann, who hit the same themes in an op-ed in the Washington Times on Wednesday, complained that House Democrats killed her amendment to block organizations indicted for voter fraud from receiving federal housing money. She said ACORN has received at least $53 million in tax dollars since 1994, and that she will have new legislation in the coming weeks.

"We simply believe that the bar needs to be very high," she said.

The call for congressional action comes after Nevada officials filed voter registration fraud charges against ACORN last week, and Pennsylvania authorities charged seven local ACORN workers with forging voter registration forms.

In the Nevada case, officials alleged the group illegally based employment and compensation on a quota system for voter registration. The group required canvassers to register 20 voters per shift or be fired, officials said, and gave bonus money to canvassers who registered more than 20 people.

ACORN issued a response to Bachmann Thursday accusing the congresswoman of "partisan witch hunts."

ACORN spokesman Scott Levenson also recently told FOX News that the group does not institute a quota system as a matter of national policy, but that in Nevada, "We had a bad employee."

But Anita MonCrief, the ACORN whistleblower, echoed Bachmann in describing the advocacy group as a sham. She said senior staffers train employees to avoid asking whether people are already registered to vote when they sign up residents, resulting in "thousands and thousands" of duplicates, and criminal problems for the employees.

"The employees were being thrown under the bus," she said. "[Senior staff] stood on the backs of the poor in order to make money for their organization."

Attorney Heather Heidelbaugh, who appeared with Bachmann, accused lawmakers and the mainstream media of avoiding the ACORN issue.

"We've had a swine flu scare here in the United States. I think there's denial flu in Congress," she said. "It's either a case of serious denial or complicity."

In its written statement, ACORN said MonCrief worked for Project Vote, not ACORN (the two groups often work together). And the group said MonCrief "was fired by Project Vote in 2008 for stealing money from the organization."

Glenn Beck: Michele Bachmann Says Barney Frank Cock-Blocked Amendment to Stop Funding ACORN (Video)

ACORN must be stopped; the government won't do it. It is up to all of us.

You must contact your Congressman and Senators.

This has nothing to do with politics or government. This is not about Republican vs. Democrat. This is corruption. This is voter fraud. And it goes all the way to the top; The President of The United States is directly involved with ACORN!

What do you think ACORN stands for? The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now!

What was Barack Obama's career before politics? Community Organizer! Do the math!

ACORN is the largest radical Leftist group in America today. ACORN thinks Americans have a Constitutional right to own a home, supports illegally breaking into homes , pressures Blue-Dog Democrats to back radical legislation and generally acts like above-the-law criminals. ACORN was officially tapped as a Census partner in February and the CRAPulus Spending "Stimulus" Bill contains over $4 Billion for "neighborhood stabilization", i.e. community organizations like ACORN. National Review noted prior to last fall's election the shady, if not corrupt and illegal relationship between Barack Obama and his community organizer bedfellows at ACORN. Obama has also been caught on tape telling ACORN organizers that the group will help shape his Presidential agenda.

Michele Bachman Is Pissed Over The Passing Of the ACORN Amendment!

Rep. Michele Bachman is none to pleased with Barney Frank and the so-called ACORN amendment.

Washington, D.C., May 8 - U.S. Representative Michele Bachmann (MN-06) issued the following statement as the House of Representatives approved House Financial Services Chairman Barney Frank’s amendment which would allow organizations indicted for voter fraud or related crimes, or employ individuals who have been indicted for voter fraud or related crimes, to receive taxpayer dollars for housing counseling grants and foreclosure legal assistance grants authorized under the Mortgage Reform and Anti-Predatory Lending Act.

“I am disappointed that Congress decided to side with ACORN today over the taxpayers. It is not only legitimate for Congress to decide the threshold for accessing taxpayer funds; it is incumbent upon us to do so. And, for far too long, Congress has cavalierly distributed taxpayer money,” said Bachmann. “Today, 245 Members of Congress went on record as saying that we will lower the bar, and continue to allow organizations repeatedly indicted for criminal acts to pick the taxpayer’s pocket. This is a shameful abdication of our fiduciary duties.”

The amendment passed by a vote of 245-176 largely upon party lines.

This is from a "Bachmann Bulletin" e-mail sent today.

Despite the fact that just last week, criminal charges were filed against ACORN and its employees both in Nevada and Pennsylvania, the House of Representatives voted to give that organization continued access to millions of your tax dollars.

I was gravely disappointed by this vote. Congress is far too cavalier with your money. The threshold for spending your tax dollars should be high and an organization that wants to gain access to federal funding should have to earn it. After all, this is your hard-earned money, and it is a privilege – not a right – for an organization to use it.

In my opinion, an organization that is and has been under repeated investigation by several prosecutors across the nation – and that’s both Republican and Democrat prosecutors – has not earned the right to use your money. The evidence against ACORN and its employees abounds:

Larry Lomaz, the registrar of voters in Las Vegas believes that 48% of ACORN’s filed voter registration forms are “clearly fraudulent.”

Nevada’s Attorney General, Catherine Cortez Masto has stated that ACORN’s training manuals “clearly detail, condone and …require illegal acts.”

And, Fred Voight, deputy election commissioner in Philadelphia, told CNN last year that ACORN’s problems have “been going on for a number of years.”

Congress has been spending money without regard to the consequences for the taxpayers of today or of tomorrow. If Congress can’t draw the line with funding for organizations investigated for criminal activities in more than a dozen states, where will it draw the line?

Rep. Michele Bachmann Moves To Stop Government Funding For ACORN (Video)

I love this Conservative woman! Go get 'em, Michele!

Yesterday on the House floor, Bachmann says ACORN should no longer receive tax dollars due to voter fraud allegations.

I couldn't agree more!

Rep. Bachmann joins Neil Cavuto on Fox News to discuss the ACORN Amendment she proposed to the Mortgage Reform and Anti-Predatory Lending Act that aims to keep tax dollars from flowing to organizations indicted for voter fraud.

From LmLiberty:

She is one of the few that puts the constitution and the American people first. A Statesman, not a politician. Rep. Michele Bachmann is working hard to defund ACORN. Wait a minute! How the hell did ACORN get billions of taxpayer money? I didn't okay that. And neither did the rest of the taxpayers. I don't want any of my money funding that Marxist group of voter fraud people that use intimidation to get their way. I want them shut down and jailed.

Michele Bachmann is going after ACORN, and it's the right thing to do.

Michele Bachmann: Obama "Fitting Our Kids With Shackles & Chains"! (Video)

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) says "The kids who voted en masse for Barack Obama are the ones being fitted with shackles and chains, and they're going to wake up one morning and find their tax rate is 65% or higher."

The radicals on the left and even some "moderate" conservatives are hell bent on an Alinsky-esque attack on Bachmann to portray her as crazy and out of touch.

I don't know, she usually makes a lot of sense to me. She says what many in her party are afraid to say about Dear Leader Obama.

It should surprise no one that Ed Shultz calls her "psycho"; that's what the Left stands for -- squashing those who dare oppose.

Michele Bachmann On New TARP Plan: It's Almost Like Julie Andrews In The Sound Of Music (video)

Rep. Michele Bachmann and Glen Beck discuss the Fed's move to take its preferred shares of bank stocks and convert them into common shares.

It's a back door into nationalization and a raw deal for tax payers.

It's very simple; Congress probably will not authorize more "bailout" money for the banks, so this is a shell game, bait-and-switch move towards socialist nationalization.

Another example of Obama's war on capitalism.

Obama Wants to Control the Banks

There's a reason he refuses to accept repayment of TARP money.

Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner told Katie Couric he is open to more unconstitutional terminations of CEOs, continuing Team "O"s assault on the markets, investors and capitalism.

President Obama, in a blatant abuse on his constitutional Executive power, felt it necessary to fire GM CEO Rick Wagoner.

Geithner has recently unveiled a plan designed to give Treasury Department the ability to take over financial institutions at the Secretary's choosing.

Recently, a bill has been introduced in Congress, HR 1664 Grayson-Himes Pay For Performance Act of 2009, which aims to cap pay which is not performance based and any and all employees who work for companies receiving bailout dollars.

It's a power grab to redistribute wealth, penalize the successful and establish a communistic "equality" among Americans. Regulation = control and power.

Team "O" wants to destroy free market capitalism. There is ample proof of Obama's war on investors. Welcome to The United Socialist States of America (USSA).
