A week after David Axelrod asked "what medical school Dick Morris went to," Morris on "Hannity" responds: "David, it's not a matter of med school - it's elementary school."

Morris has said there is a shortage of doctors in America. Not to mention, Morris was Axelrod's former boss in the Clinton Administration.
